How It Works
To write for us, follow the steps below.
- Writing an article: You can choose any topic based on the guidelines below.
- Getting published: If your article meets our requirements, we will publish it and let you know it’s live.
If you want to write for us and get featured on the WP Tech Support blog, please read and follow the following guidelines thoroughly.
Type of content:
- Content format: examples: list article, comparison, review, tutorial, how-to guide, tips and tricks etc.
- Subject: It must be related to WordPress and beneficial to at least one category of WordPress people. It can be about design, website performance, security, SEO, or anything that can help people using WordPress or working with WordPress.
The quality of content:
- Content must be helpful and add value to users’ knowledge. Can you share your knowledge and create content that solves problems or helps readers level their knowledge?
- High-quality: The article must be well-researched, written in grammar-proof English, and strictly plagiarism-checked. We want the best for our readers, so the quality of the content is essential.
- Unique and original content: The article should be 100% original, not AI-generated, and never published anywhere.
- Give credit: Cite or link to relevant and credible sources (outgoing links to high authority websites and internal links). Both types of links are compulsory.
- Article length: The article must contain at least 1000 words.
- Add media: Include adequate media (images, infographics, videos, links, etc.). All the media added must be 100 percent copyright-free.
- Copywriting technique: Use simple, short, and comprehensive sentences and paragraphs. Proper use of keywords, etc. Use proper headings, subheadings, lists, and bullets wherever possible.
- Grammar-proof writing
What is rejected?
We reject any article that does not fulfill or violate the guidelines under ‘Type of Content’ and ‘Quality of Content.’
In addition, below are some cases in which your article was rejected:
- Link building: Any article intended for a link-building scheme will be rejected immediately.
- Marketing: We will reject any article created only for marketing purposes, including biased and affiliate-based articles.
Content review and moderation
Any content from the guest author will be strictly moderated, considering the guidelines before publishing it.
We can edit our contributors’ content for minor changes (we will provide the final draft to the respective guest author before publication).
*We reserve the right to accept or reject the submitted articles.
*In case of violation of the guidelines, the articles will be directly rejected, and any further queries will not be entertained after that.
