WPTech Support is VERY responsive-I used the one time issue plan. My server contacted me about High Server Resource Consumption and WPTech worked with me to find the problem and fix it. I highly recommend their service and very timely support. WPTech Support supplied with screenshots how to fix anything and links for additional help either with my theme or WordPress answers.
